Return & Exchange Policy

At WACD, each garment is uniquely treated and hand-washed to achieve individual character. Due to the nature of our production process and small-batch inventory, variations in wash and tone are intentional and not considered defects. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Delivery & Parcel Receiving Policy (Bangladesh Orders)

To maintain quality control and protect our limited inventory, WACD follows a closed-box delivery policy. Customers are required to pay the full amount before opening the parcel. Opening, checking, or trying the product in front of the delivery personnel is not permitted.

This policy is in place because each item is produced in small batches and cannot be reprocessed once opened. Customers reserve the right to request a return later, in accordance with our 14-day Return Policy, if they believe the product is defective or incorrect after receiving and opening it.


Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or preference-related reasons.
Our garments are produced in limited quantities, and each item undergoes a unique hand-washing and finishing process. Repacking, reprocessing, and re-washing for individual exchanges are not feasible within our production model.

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

In such cases, WACD will bear all shipping costs for the exchange process. Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the item is defective and a replacement is unavailable (for example, if the product is out of stock).
All refunds are processed via bKash to the customer’s provided account. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our quality assurance team.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Washed, worn, or altered garments.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional events.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items returned after the 14-day window.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in the condition in which they were received. WACD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Final Note

Each WACD piece is crafted to be one-of-a-kind — color variations, fading, and wash irregularities are part of its intended design and do not qualify as defects. Our aim is to deliver authenticity through individuality, and we appreciate your understanding of the handmade nature of our products.
